Sorry we didn't see more of you but I guess you have to work now and then. We loved the place and will definitely recommend it to our friends. It was an added bonus to have a Canadian Satellite feed on the TV so I could watch hockey games and our local news.

Hi Gina,
Our vacation was wonderful! Casa Familia was absolutely perfect for our family. Plenty of space, very tastefully furnished, with all the amenities of home. The beds were very comfortable, too. We all slept very well. The weather was great for us and the pool and the breeze from the beach were just perfect for keeping us comfortable. We were happy to find that the pool was never crowded and there was never a noise problem. We also enjoyed Puerto Aventuras and all the restaurants and shops by the dolphins. We ate at a different restaurant every night, and to me Gringo Dave's was the best.
We did a couple of tours including zip-lining in Selvatica, and the Tulum ruins. Both experiences were very worthwhile. I know the kids' favorite was the zip-line tour, especially the part at the end when we swam in the cenotes and they zip-lined and jumped in (about a 30 ft jump). I just enjoyed the fresh, cool water and how beautiful it was. There were a lot more tours and excursions that we could have done, but the kids thought the best thing was just hanging out by the pool and beach, so that's what we did.
I was a little nervous because I had set this up over the internet, but we couldn't have been happier. It was even better than the pictures! Villa del Mar was definitely the right spot for us and I'd love to come back to this very same condo someday.
Thank you so much for everything and I'm so glad I got to meet you. I'll keep you in mind for future vacations, and recommend you to my friends who may want to vacation in Mexico.

Hi Gina,
Yes we're back to reality. Our trip was fantastic! PA is gorgeous and we all would love to go back. While we were there we were saying "what negative thing can you say about this place?" and there really is nothing. The beach, the pool, the units are all outstanding. Like we discussed when you came to visit, the restaurants in PA could use a little work. The pub was our personal favorite and seemed to be quite consistent. Next time I would probably rent a car and split the cost between us. You do spend a bit of money while you're there on transportation if you want to go anywhere. If we ate out we'd likely leave PA. Fishing was fun. We caught a sail fish.
I was so grateful for the help you gave us while we were there and it was just plain nice meeting you. I'm sure we'll talk to you again if we can save enough money to go back (time to pay-off the VISA now, Yuk!). If you're ever in Vancouver look us up and we'll be your guides. Take care.

Your suggestions and things you lined up were extremely helpful. The trip couldn't have been such a success if not for you. Thank you for setting things up with Antonio and recommending his services. The drivers were great, the Coba tour, and the dolphin experience. He did a excellent job and was a pleasure to work with and visit with. The day we left, he told me you had called him on a Sunday to see if he had seen us, because "someone" said they hadn't seen us for a few days!! Thank you very much, Gina. It meant a lot to me that you did that and to just know people were "heads up". Please thank whomever called you from me. Please greet Antonio from me.
We loved our condo, the grounds, the beach, the kind gentleman who worked at night, and all your special touches. To arrive and find your note and the candy, was very impressive. Thank you.
Our place was so clean and that made me very happy, too.
Everyone we spoke to regarding you (how we found out about PA) sang your praises. They each said how wonderful you are... FYI.
The young men that work at Cafe Cafe were wonderful. They spoke so highly of you and they were trustworthy and just true good young men. Nacho was very helpful one night after our bad experience at The Pub. It was nice to see them each day; although, Nacho went home for a couple of days and we didn't get to say goodbye to him. We loved the food there and the coffee. We also loved Tirami Su - the food and the service.
Again, thank you very very much for all you did. It was a pleasure to meet you and do business with you. I hope I will be able to pass on business to you.

I had a great time, and the location of the condos was absolutely perfect. Not only was the location great, but both units were wonderful...decoration and amenities were fabulous! Your guidebook before arrival was also very helpful, and working with you was a pleasure. Looking forward to coming back again!
