Bookings taken from today until January 31, 2012 are offered complimentary Mexican cook services for breakfast and lunch included in the rental for 2012 bookings (excluding holidays). The cost of groceries and 20% shopping fee is additional.

Hacienda Del Mar boasts over 8500 square feet, with 11 bedrooms total. There are 7 bedrooms in the main villa and 4 bedrooms in the casita (little house) located in the grounds. The magnificent villa located right on the sandy Fatima Bay beach in Puerto Aventuras, is just one hour south of Cancun.
As you enter through the doors of this magnificent residence you will be transported into another world. The Hacienda del Mar court yard is adorned with Mexican trinkets, cacti and artwork all inspiring a true Mexican flavor. Leading from this area are 4 guest suites with full bath plus den with air conditioning.
Walking through into the living and dining room you will be mesmerized by the amazing views that greet you, the swimming pool overlooks the blue Caribbean ocean. The house, designed by the owners is a master piece!... with original hacienda features, unique ornaments and wonderful Mexican art. A myriad of colors combine and contrast creating a vibrant feeling of Mexico here at Hacienda del Mar Puerto Aventuras.
Upstairs there are 3 sumptuous ocean front suites with walk out to a huge terrace that stretches the entire length of the property. Enjoy an ocean front massage, a cocktail by the pool or just relax in luxurious surroundings. The Hacienda del Mar villa staff are on hand to make sure your every wish comes true.
From the villa you can step right onto the white sandy palm fringed Fatima Bay beach. The snorkeling from the beach is fantastic, you will see bright colored fishes and if you are lucky maybe a turtle! The villa is very close to the center of Puerto Aventuras, which is located around a marina where you'll find Dolphin Discovery, international restaurants, grocery stores, boutiques and post office. There is also a Golf course, tennis facilities and skate board park close-by. Puerto Aventuras is conveniently located to take advantage of the many places to visit in the area, including Mayan Ruins, Cenotes, stunning beaches, Eco parks Xcaret, Xelha and dive the beautiful Caribbean or cenotes.
For larger groups, corporate Retreats, Weddings and Events Hacienda Del Mar may also be rented with the sister villa Hacienda Corazon next door. The 2 villas offer the perfect combination.

- Casita may be occupied when there are more than 14 guests in residence.
- Minimum charge for the Casita is $1000.00 per week.
- Rates are based on 2 guests per bedroom.

- For Easter, Thanksgiving, President and Holiday weeks – the minimum rental is 10
bedrooms (for these weeks reservations are Saturday to Saturday).
- For March - minimum rental is 7 bedrooms (exc. Easter Week).
- March and April Reservations Saturday to Saturday.
- Rates are in US Dollars.
- Rates do not include 14% tax
- Rates are subject to change until confirmed.
- Only registered guests staying at Hacienda Del Mar Puerto Aventuras are permitted
on the property.
- No unregistered guests - failure to adhere to this may result in you being asked
to leave the premises.
- This is a non-smoking rental property.
Event Fees
- Hacienda Del Mar: Rental amount plus $1500 US event fee – 60 guests maximum (including guests staying at the villa).
- Event fees are non commissionable, event fees are for extra guests onsite. Wedding Coordinators, catering and service are all additional costs.
- If both Hacienda Del Mar and Hacienda Corazon are rented together for an event, the maximum is 60 guests total and there is NO event fee.
