This 3 bedroom plus bungalow villa is perfect for a family or group of 8.
Both neighboring homes are residential thus always ensuring a relaxed atmosphere. Throughout this villa you will find areas where you can disconnect and truly experience what a vacation is about.
Pulling in the driveway surrounded by luscious tropical gardens you just know you have arrived at your home away from home. As you enter the property, first you will notice the bungalow. This charming casita is painted in a tent style with African scenery. There is a small sitting area with futon on the left and kitchenette on the right and laundry facility. Past the sitting area is the bedroom with king size bed, mini split and full bathroom.
Tucked between the main house and the bungalow to ensure privacy you will find the Jacuzzi. You will definitely spend a good portion of your holiday relaxing here while stargazing & sipping your favorite spirit!
Entering Casa Roca you will have full view of the amazing Caribbean Sea. First you come to the dining & kitchen area followed by living/tv sitting area. On the main floor there are 2 bedrooms. One has full ocean view with en suite bath and choice of either 2 twin beds or 1 king.
The second ground floor bedroom is the pueblo room with queen size bed and offset ocean view also with en suite bath.
The kitchen is well equipped to make all your meals at home and there is a great gas grill to cook all those al fresco dinners by the sea!
Upstairs is the master bedroom with private terrace, large walk in closet and en suite bath. This suite has king size bed and offers incredible views of the Caribbean sea. Chances are pretty good you will learn about different constellations while staying here. The views are just breathtaking!
