 Casa Selva Luna is a 6 Bedroom, 7200 square foot estate with a 3 bedroom main wing and 3 Bedroom
guest wing. Located in the heart of the Riviera Maya, just south of Puerto Aventuras on a quiet 5
acres of jungle.
Each room was designed to echo the beauty of the landscape. Twenty-two foot ceilings in common areas
mimic the space outdoors and large windows throughout frame your view for watching the passing
butterflies and toucans. The outdoors blends with the indoor. Your private pool is located in the
center of it all surrounded by chaise sun loungers with plush cushions and beautiful cascading
Jacuzzi for a total relaxing experience.
The luxuries and conveniences are completely up to date, High-speed wireless Internet access,
Internet telephone and whisper quiet air-conditioning.
As you walk in Casa Selva Luna to your right is a custom- built hardwood display that holds family
treasures, to the left a mirrored foyer with candles. The entrance takes you to the spacious living
room and incredible open kitchen which features red cedar cabinetry and slate tiled floors to
complement classic stainless steel appliances from Dacor. The large granite center island includes
two dual temperature zone under counter wine and beverage storage units for the ultimate in
convenience. All the refrigeration units boast UV-resistant glass doors. The living room has a large
comfortable reclining couch big enough for 8 to enjoy surround sound movie nights. The Dining room
for 10 is perfect for gatherings overlooking the luscious jungle and the grand drive way. As you exit
the dining room you come to the divan area fully equipped with home office and 2 loungers for
relaxing away from the rest of the common areas.
This house is perfect for entertaining, catered dinners, family gatherings or events. In between
kitchen and living room rests a large granite countertop with breakfast bar area with 5 stools &
sound system. This is just the beginning of what awaits you. At Casa Selva Luna private security adds
to peace of mind, and daily maid service adds to convenience. Casa Selva Luna guests don’t come here
to be seen, they come here to disappear. This is the other side of the Mayan Riviera, unspoiled,

 Puerto Aventuras is an upscale gated resort located 15 minutes south of Playa de Carmen and 60
minutes south of the Cancun Airport. This idyllic vacation retreat is in close proximity to all of
the many attractions the intriguing Riviera Maya has to offer, but still secluded from the crowds of
Cancun. The area is rich in Mayan culture. The Mayan ruins of Tulum and Mayan culture shows are a
must see. The area attractions located just minutes away include the parks Xel-ha and Xcaret. Playa
de Carmen, just a ten minute drive, offers abundant night-life and shopping. The brilliant white sand
beaches and dazzling multi-colored ocean waters of Xpuha Beach another nearby beach offers beach

Swim with Whale Sharks: During our summer months we have the unique opportunity to swim with the
great whale sharks. Some 65 ft. long. Just a few hours from Casa Selva Luna you can experience this
incredible opportunity to be up close without damaging their ecosystem as this activity is
controlled.
Cenotes & Wonders of the World: The road to Chichen Itza makes an incredible day trip. Drive through
Valladolid, have breakfast at a Hacienda, head over to ruins and on your return stop in Coba town to
discover the 3 most amazing cenotes of the area, bring your camera, you wont believe your eyes.
Other area Activities: kayaking, zip-line, rapelling, ATV tours, Spelunking, Mayan adventure tours
