 Casa Sombras del Viento located in magical Soliman Bay was designed to enjoy all the surrounding beauty of the area while taking advantage of the Caribbean breeze. Fusing contemporary comfort with exotic woods, granites and local stones this home will please the most discerning clientele.
When you first gaze at this amazing villa the gardens fill your view with oversized palm fronds exploding with textures and color. Walking on one side of the property will lead you to the swimming pool lined with chaise loungers and complete with small wading area for little ones- following the beach area surrounded with palm trees with hammocks and three palapas for shade with even more chaise loungers.
Not only is this home fully fitted as home away from home, comfortable and filled with amenities but has all the toys that come with the territory: single and double kayaks for exploring the reef, paddle boat, beach toys for children, life jackets and snorkeling gear.
The home is divided in 3 independent units. Each apartment is fully furnished complete with kitchen, living room, outdoors sitting and dining area.
Mistral, taking the upper floor with 4 bedrooms and 4 baths, indoor and outdoor dining for full villa capacity, as well as open indoor and outdoor living space each with a breathtaking views of nature. On Mistrals top floor you will find a huge game room complete with pool table.
Sirocco and Bora Suites on ground floor with 2 and one bedrooms respectively- perfect for all size families, extended families, or families with children.
- You can rent the whole villa (7 bedrooms) or just the ground floor suites.
- For 2 - 7 guests, you can rent 1 or both of the ground floor units while the top floor is not rented to avoid any annoyance.
- For 8 guests or more, you will have the privacy of the entire house.
Casa Sombras del Viento has wonderful caretakers that live on site offering house keeping 6 days per week.
Soliman Bay is a very laid back residential beach community with 24- hour security, excellent for snorkeling and kayaking, beach combing and much relaxation away from the crowds. People come here and are amazed by the sunrises and colors of sunset, people come to stargaze, play on the beach and sun but mainly to spend quality time with family and friends and recharge.
If you feel the need to mingle, socialize, shop and see people, the Pueblo of Tulum and beach is just a short 10 minutes drive. Within Soliman Bay there are 2 great restaurants walking distance from this villa.
Combining the best of both Worlds- Jungle Mangrove and Caribbean Sea, Casa Sombras del Viento will soon become your favorite spot in the Riviera Maya.
