 The beautiful ground floor 3 bedroom 3.5 bath beachfront is located right on the beach in Puerto Aventuras. This vacation home exudes relaxation.
As you enter the sumptuous apartment, you will be greeted by an incredible view of the Caribbean and the green are with swimming pool. The living area with satellite TV has a comfortable sofa for maximum relaxation. The living area also comprises a dining area, fully equipped kitchen, with breakfast bar and seating.
The living area leads to the large terrace, with outdoor dining table, evenings dining alfresco have never been so good! The beachfront Jacuzzi ensures complete relaxation! Just few steps from here to the white smooth sands of the beautiful Puerto Aventuras beach and the gently lapping Caribbean ocean. There are beachfront palapas for shade and chaise lounges.
There are two large master beachfront suites, enjoying superb ocean views. Both suites have ample closet space and ensuite baths. One of the master suites has quick access to the Jacuzzi, perfect for those evenings stargazing or early morning sunrises! Both suites have 2 queen size beds each. The guest suite has a private entrance, microwave, water dispenser cooler and coffee maker. This suite has a queen bed and double futon as well as ensuite bath and ample closets.
