Die hard Akumalians introduced Brian to this spot many years ago. He had witnessed another friend getting married down here and wanted to share with Yoon Sin how special this jewel in the Caribbean was. The places clients choose reflect a part of their personality and Akumal is laid back, unpretentious, fun and beautiful spot. With these idea Brian & Yoon Sin gathered their closest friends and family to join in for a week filled with fun in the sun!
They began by renting Taj Kumal right in Akumal Bay- the only Villa beac front. They could be in the heart of it all with all their wedding party close by. Just like they like it!
Yoon Sin is a planner at heart and follows budgets better than any bride I've had. With this in mind we set ourselves to a task of finding deals all around for her needs. From day one she was very specific about the "romantic" style she wanted carried throughout. Yoon Sin also has an elegant sophisticated style and even though Akumal is a beach location Yoon let her side shine all night long. Her Korean decent brought in unique details to the wedding and ceremony.
After their private ceremony at Canons a lounge setting was waiting at the beach for cocktails and a wide variety of hors d'ouvres. Followed by DJ they danced and kept the party going at their homestead until late.
